We are looking for a IT Project Manager for ongoing and new technical migrations, transformation and innovation projects for our IT system landscape. It requires proven ability in planning and design, management and control of IT projects with strong communication skills. Our department IT Strategy, Framework and Guideline Services is responsible for the coordination and support of IT projects with overarching structure. Our mission is also to ensure an appropriate level of standardization, security & compliance for our processes as well as to establish and improve the awareness and transparency for our overarching core IT processes to all people involved and interested.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Planning and design of IT projects.
  • Facilitation and coordination of project teams.
  • Understand, track and communicate risk, project deliverables and the way forward to stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, drive decision making, resolve or address escalation issues between teams.
  • Lead critical path schedule items and escalate to management on potential risks and delays.
  • Ability to understand operational processes.
  • Design and implement IT processes & underlying technical solutions to improve the operational efficiency of tech teams.
  • Standardize processes, timelines and dependencies.
  • Design & implement process workflows in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in promoting the implementation of best practices.
  • Identify IT process challenges by analyzing process data and metrics.
  • Maintain and update all project related reports and documentation for reference purposes


  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or other advanced degree in relevant discipline
  • Proven Experience in IT project management
  • Proven Experience in process design, ITIL, Lean Process Management & IT Operating Model approaches
  • Familiar with all phases of project management and capable to collaborate with people of diverse backgrounds
  • Preferred Lean or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
  • High analytical competence and advanced IT skills
  • Fluency in English required and preferred in another European language (French, Spanish, Polish, German, etc.).
  • Willingness to travel

Our offer

For this full-time position (38.5 hours / week) you can expect at least EUR 50.000. Additional over-payment depends on qualification and professional experience. Our office is located in the center of the city of Vienna and is excellently connected in terms of infrastructure. Fresh fruits, drinks, 3 extra vacation-days and other benefits complete our offer.
