We are expanding our team and are looking for a motivated and communicative IT Support Specialist - User Care Services to join the team in the heart of Vienna. As IT Support Specialist you will be responsible for the internal IT of our office in Vienna.

Your main tasks:

• Provide promptand professional IT support in person, by phone or remotely.
• Set up, monitor and support modern office technology, including laptops, printers and audio / video equipment (A / V)
• Assist with research and procurement of hardware and software
• Create, update, and maintain documentation for all end-user and business office technologies
• Supervision of service / maintenance records using ticketing and inventory systems
• Support and collaborate on IT related projects with other IT Services colleagues
• Setting up new workstations including account management
• Monitoring the company's security and technology policies 
• Managing supplies for printers, desktop computers, laptops, headsets, etc
  

• Technical degree, bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Two or more years of experience in:
  • Wired / wireless network configuration and problem solving
  • Installation and support of A / V and conference room technology
  • Support for iPhone, iPad and Android
  • Configuration and maintenance of printers and copiers
  • Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of various IT applications
  • Use of ticketing system and technical support
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Windows and macOS administration required
• Knowledge of PC / Mac imaging, Confluence / JIRA / SharePoint or PowerShell experience preferred
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; German is a plus
• Good interpersonal skills and customer focus

Please note: physical requirements of the position include lifting up to 25-30 kg, squatting and climbing ladders and stairs to install hardware, if required. We do not require being available on call.

Please note, that the gross annual salary regarding IT-collective agreement for this position (38.5 hours/week) is gross EUR 2,635 per month. Depending on your qualification and experience we are willing to overpay.
