Junior Office Manager (f/m/x) - part-time 25h / week

For our fast-growing business we are looking for an exceptional candidate (f/m/x) based in our Office in Vienna to fulfill the role as Office Manager


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Office management and administrative tasks (data maintenance, analysis, filing, etc.)
  • Proactive support of the local Managing Director and current Office & HR Manager
  • Travel management for the whole team
  • Office organization (scheduling courses and events, ordering office supplies, etc.)
  • First point of contact to local suppliers, service providers and authorities
  • Support of IT department


  • Fluent in German and English (Level C1),
  • At least 2 years of experience in Back office, Team assistance, etc.
  • Routine use of modern office and communication media
  • Service oriented, highly organized and structured working style
  • Strong communication skills and a team player
  • Open minded and hands on mentality
  • Re-entrants (berufliche Wiedereinsteiger) and students welcomed
