Online Marketing Manager / Shop Manager Slovenia (m/f/d)

Job description

  • Google AdWords Campaign management, data analysis, testing and optimizing campaigns for
  • Design and development of new SEA campaigns as well as the ongoing optimization of existing SEA campaigns
  • Selecting and developing keywords and effective adtexts
  • Conception and selection of relevant landing pages
  • Autonomous reporting as well as the recommendations for actions
  • Independent project work in cooperation with the Central Online Marketing
  • Active exchange of experience with colleagues
  • Continuous training on current market and technology developments / tracking of trends and competition monitoring
  • Research and establishment of  new strategic alliances
  • Optimization of shop website in accordance with SEO good practices
  • Monitoring and analysis of sales KPIs e.g. growth, revenue, profit margin and retention
  • Creation, implementation and evaluation of online sales promotions and other direct marketing activities
  • Continuous improvement of the online shop to drive sales and profitability

In this role you will contribute to our dynamic and international growth of our local online shop . In cooperation with the team in Vienna and Central Online Marketing team in Munich you will support us in new customer acquisition for the Slovenian market.


  • Degree in Economics or Business Studies or comparable academic education
  • At least 2-3 years of Online Marketing experience in the area of Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • High interest in and good knowledge of E-Commerce
  • Great teamplayer with communication skills in Slovenian as well as in English
  • Outstanding analytical skills and confident in data management
  • Expert in Google AdWords, Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
  • Strength in analyzing business relevant KPIs
  • Excel knowledge as an analysis tool
  • Native Slovenian, English working proficiency

The salary for this position is 35.000 – 50.000 EUR gross depending on qualifications and experience
